    Great call Joe. I’m sorry I missed it! I have a question for you. Sometimes I offer to do special things for my clients on the spot, say while we are talking on the phone. I don’t think I’m getting full mileage when I do this. For example, the other day I offered to put a lockbox on the side of a house for my buyer after close of escrow, so they can have contractors come in and do repairs and my buyer doesn’t have to be there. I think my buyer left the call thinking all agents do this for their clients and I kept thinking that I should have make a bigger deal out of it, but I didn’t have the language for it. Help!
